  Ok branch but you can’t call them at this number. You just get Enterprise’s incredibly crappy bot system.

  Update: I tried to contact Enterprise, but customer service did not understand or did not want to understand what is going on and did not try to help me. Very bad experience! We rented a small car from Enterprise while our own car was being repaired. The car was used only for simple trips to work and school. During that time the roads near our condo were in very bad condition with heavy ice. One day my husband picked up our son from school and the road was extremely icy. Later we noticed a small damage on the car threshold, most likely caused by ice or road conditions. When we returned the car, the employee asked what happened. We honestly explained that we were not sure and that the roads were very bad. However, in the damage report it appears the employee wrote that it was an accident. Because of this report, our insurance company treated it as an accident and we received 4 demerit points and an increase in our insurance premium. The most frustrating part is that we also purchased insurance from Enterprise when we rented the car. Despite that, we are now dealing with serious insurance consequences because of how the situation was reported. Be careful when renting here. Make sure everything is documented correctly, because incorrect information in the report can end up costing you a lot.

  Worst Enterprise in the city. Don’t ever go to this location( Stonebridge location) , especially for anything related to an SGI claim. The two associates at the front are extremely unprofessional. They even argue with customers. You literally have to tell them to calm down because they were so angry. They seriously need anger management training. When you ask to speak to the manager, they refuse to let you. They team up and block you from talking to anyone else. I have never experienced this kind of behavior at any other Enterprise location this is entirely because of the two front associates working there. When we asked to speak to the manager, someone else pretended to be the manager, even though the actual manager is Jim. It felt like they were just trying to brush us off instead of letting us talk to the real manager. I had SGI coverage for a rental vehicle while my car was being repaired. Instead of simply sending the request to SGI, they kept giving me a hard time and telling me to call my adjuster myself. In the end, my SGI adjuster had to call them directly and even he experienced the same frustration just to get them to send the request. It honestly felt like they didn’t know what they were doing. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
