- GWGeoff Warren5 days ago5.0I live in Saskatoon and typically rent vehicles in other cities on business travel, however this particular time I was traveling by road out of Saskatoon so had the opportunity to rent from there. Right from the moment I walked up I was very impressed with the customer service. The agent was very friendly and accommodating to my needs. The vehicle they had originally set aside for me was one I'd recently rented in Ontario and I wasn't a fan of it, so he gave me a few other options to choose from. I'm an Emerald Club member and I'm used to just walking out to the Emerald Isle and choosing a vehicle so this was comparable. I was able to pick a brand new Jeep Wrangler and I absolutely loved it. I've never driven one before and was always curious about them, turns out I like it so much that it just might be my next vehicle I purchase! The agent at the return desk at the end of my trip was just awesome, thank you so much for a wonderful rental experience! 10/10 on Service 10/10 on the Vehicle Only thing I'd like to see is Emerald Isle options similar to other airports, this could be done virtually pretty easily as I understand without an officially parkade it's a bit challenging to do in the lot. I'm basically one rental away from Executive status and with no other planned travel this year, I fear I won't make it, but I will always choose National! Thank you to all the Saskatoon staff who were extremely awesome to deal with!
