  I had no problem wit this rental in Saskatoon. I did have a big problem in Regina from the week before, reservation # xxxxxxxxx. I made a reservation online for the next day in Regina for a few days. Within a few min I received a call from the person at the desk in Regina Airport saying he has no cars for me, I said I have a reservation and he said the system is not correct, he had 51 cars in the garage for repair, but the computer system thinks they are ready for rental. I find it very odd that a reservation system does not have the ability to track vehicles that are not available for rent and give the wrong information to customer that they indeed think they have a reservation. When the Desk Agent told me this I canceled my reservation and made other plans for transport.

  I had a complicated situation because the booking was through a third party booking site from my company. Zoe made the whole thing smooth and easy, she recommended me sign up as executive member in order to collect point and get great deals for the future rental. She is awesome.

  National Car Rental at the Saskatoon, SK airport was professional, easy out/easy return. Staff nice. Vehicle clean and performed well during week in the area. No unexpected fees. The way it oughta be.
