Had a great customer service experience this morning at Fountain Tire. After blowing a tire on a snowy Saturday morning, they got my vehicle in right away and rotated my spare tire on in no time. Thanks guys!

Great experience with fountain tire. I came in with a flat tire was told that I need to replace it and change out both front tires as I have a 4 wheel drive car, the staff did some digging and found my exact tire out of Toronto, on sale might I add. They even explained because they found an exact match it would only be one tire that needed to be replaced. Very kind friendly, and helpful. Plus cute dogs to keep you company!

A very transparent company. From start to finish they told me what was wrong with my vehicle, what needed to be replaced and what could wait. I was very impressed with the professionalism and how the conducted their business. I will absolutely be back, it helps thay they have cute dogs to greet you at the door and a tall, blonde Norwegian working at the front desk.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
