I was sent on a run around all over Saskatoon to be told at the airport come back tomorrow morning at 10am we will have a vehicle for you as ours are all out. Okay sure, I return the following morning to be told we have nothing in right now other than a truck! Ummm nooo I specifically booked the SUV the day before, I live 3.5hrs away and needed to get home for work as I just wasted 3 days in the city due to Enterprises lack of commitment. I ended up going to Budget and they were fantastic! Got me on the road in no time and the best part they have unlimited kms whereas Enterprise does not! I will NEVER use Enterprise again!
