- DZDen ZNov 17, 20251.0I have found the employees easy to work with but BEWARE when it comes to picking up the rental vehicle and dropping off. The last 3 times we have rented a vehicle from the Sutherland rental place, the GAS TANK was not full when we picked up!! We always take a photo when we pickup the vehicle of the kms registered based on the gas. We take another photo when we drop off. There has been a difference of 100Kms to 250Kms difference. This can result in 10.00 to 30.00 plus out of our pocket. They gave an excuse last time and will ensure it never happens again but that was not the case. Pissed off customer!! On top of that they asked us if we wanted to upgrade for anther $10.00 total and it worked out to extra 10.00 a day. Very sneaky approach on their part. Not sure if it was due to inexperienced personal or not but still very sneaky in their approach. AGAIN BEWARE.
