I spoke to a representative on the phone and specifically asked what I would need to rent a card and she just said I needed a valid licence and did not mention that you require a credit card. Then I went to pick the car up and the “customer service rep” I spoke to walked me through the entire process only to tell me after wasting my time that I require a credit card and he spoke down to me and patronized me the whole time after I wasted money on a cab to get there and about 30 minutes dealing with the paperwork all because no one at this shitty company could be bothered to mention you explicitly require a credit card even when I specifically asked what I would need and the staff were unnecessarily rude to me when I was upset that they failed to tell me what I needed

Woke up the next day to a phone from the branch saying my rental had been cancelled due to lack of vehicles and inadequate timing. If this is the case, Enterprise should show 0 availabilty on there platforms and state you cant book a vehicle the night before, even though i was given a confirmation email and receipt. Not impressed. Will be using and reffering others to different rental outfits in the future.
