After multiple follow-ups, I was told a claim form had been emailed to me, but it was sent to the wrong address. Even after correcting it, I received nothing further. When I finally contacted customer service, they quickly confirmed my details and sent all the proper forms within minutes — something the branch couldn’t manage in two months. I’ve since switched to the airport location, where the staff have been professional and helpful, even trying to assist with my claim despite policy limits. Hopefully this branch improves its communication and follow-up, as it used to provide great service.
