When I got the car it smelt like weed, I had brought it up to staff and was told “oh yeah our last customer smoked outside the car and then went in” which first of all dangerous, and second why is it being put out then. For a week straight I went to class smelling like weed. I brought it up to staff again upon drop off again and they had a very bad attitude asking “what are we supposed to do?”. Now a month and a half later, I am getting random charges on my credit card from enterprise (3). Today I went to ask the staff to remove whatever account I had so then they didn’t have my information to then avoid further mishaps, and I was treated with so much attitude and disrespect. When I asked the male for a contact to managers I was told “no we don’t give their personal emails” as if that’s what I wanted so I went on to clarify what I wanted in which he said “no we don’t do that”. Overall a horrible experience with enterprise, and I have heard many people having problems with this same worker there. Pick anywhere else, literally anywhere.

Went to pick up the vehicle only to be told that you cannot tow with their trucks because that location does not have the liability. Your location is in an "auto mall" location on the south edge of the city, how can you rent out trucks that you can not use? I looked back and there is nothing stating this on their website.
