  Worst Enterprise in the city. Don’t ever go to this location( Stonebridge location) , especially for anything related to an SGI claim. The two associates at the front are extremely unprofessional. They even argue with customers. You literally have to tell them to calm down because they were so angry. They seriously need anger management training. When you ask to speak to the manager, they refuse to let you. They team up and block you from talking to anyone else. I have never experienced this kind of behavior at any other Enterprise location this is entirely because of the two front associates working there. When we asked to speak to the manager, someone else pretended to be the manager, even though the actual manager is Jim. It felt like they were just trying to brush us off instead of letting us talk to the real manager. I had SGI coverage for a rental vehicle while my car was being repaired. Instead of simply sending the request to SGI, they kept giving me a hard time and telling me to call my adjuster myself. In the end, my SGI adjuster had to call them directly and even he experienced the same frustration just to get them to send the request. It honestly felt like they didn’t know what they were doing. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

  Not only was the vehicle excellent, the customer service was first rate from start to finish. Not my first great experience with Enterprise….

  I booked a 1/2 ton well over a week in advance when I got there they didn't even have a truck ready and trying to give me a really small vehicle I went back a couple hours later then there was truck to use so we do up paper work they dont tell you your package policy on your insurance covers accients on there vehicles I said I would a 20 dollar day insurance threw enterprise I had this truck for 6 days I brought it back and they 275.00 of fees and my insurance SGI was paying for the rental the Manger is a Asian guy he would not even explain the charges he just rushed me out the door like I the customer service there sucks you think they would tell me your package policy covers it this in brand road in Saskatoon I dont recommend this place to anyone after being ripped off 275.00
