We were due to arrive on December 22nd at 11:30pm but due to our plane having mechanical issues we did not arrive until 4am on the 23rd. We were exhausted after a 20 hour travel day and felt depleted knowing the rental counter closed at 12:30am and we would have to take a taxi to our destination and return back to the airport later in the morning when the counter reopened. When we entered the arrivals area I glanced over at the rental counter and saw a young man standing behind it. I walked over in disbelief and asked him if he was working. He said he had a couple of customers that had booked cars on our delayed flight and he had stayed back to ensure we got our vehicles. I can't begin to explain how I felt in that moment, I almost cried. He was so kind. He had my keys ready and told me I had winter tires and a larger SUV to handle the roads and winter conditions. This young mans name is Bhavyen Patel and he is incredible asset to your company. If the world had more Bhavyens we would be very lucky indeed. Thank you Bhavyen for your amazing customer service, you are a star.
