    Very disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the airport on the 26th of January 2026. I went in person the day before and made a reservation for a rental vehicle because I had an important flight to catch from Regina the next day. I assumed that making a reservation meant the vehicle would actually be reserved and ready for pickup. However, when I arrived at the airport to pick up the car, first was I was told that there is no reservation under my name. After some time, I was told there were no vehicles available and that I would have to wait at least an hour. On top of that, there were already four customers waiting ahead of me. This was extremely frustrating because I had a flight to catch and needed to get to Regina as soon as possible. What I don’t understand is how a company can accept reservations if there are no vehicles available. A reservation should mean the vehicle is guaranteed, not that you join a waiting line and hope one becomes available. The staff kept repeating that they couldn’t do anything about it, which made the situation even more stressful. When someone is traveling and on a tight schedule, reliability is extremely important. Overall, this was a very stressful and poorly managed experience. I hope Enterprise improves how they handle reservations so customers are not put in situations like this in the future.

    Perfectly met my expectations as a client. The people at the reservation counter were friendly and professional and the car was clean and last year's model so very new. Would definitely rent from Enterprise again. Thanks very much to the Saskatoon airport team.

    At first I was provided with a vehicle that I was not comfortable with, but the service ladies made sure that they quickly and efficiently changed my vehicle to an suv that I was much more comfortable in. All together great experience. Loved the Countryman Mini Cooper. Thank you to Kayla and the other service agent for taking great care of me!
