  Vehicles was well maintained and clean. Counter staff extremely efficient and friendly. This is why we always select National.

  I rent cars weekly. I booked online and the only option was a mini van at the time. Hung checked me in and said I see you have a mini van is it just you? I said yes. Then he said don’t need a minivan? I said no. I’d prefer a car or compact suv. Then he said okay, come back at 9 pm we can exchange it for you. I went back and was told no vehicles were available, he said come back at 8 am for a compact suv as 95 vehicles were scheduled to be returned there will be something for me in the morning. I just left the location, this was my 3 rd visit to the counter and was told they only have minivans. The manager in training (Devan) yelled at me and said we have nothing else, you booked a mini van and get a mini van! I said, I was promised a different vehicle yesterday evening and then again for this morning, why yell at me. I am doing what I was told by National workers! Waste of time, making me drive 20 mins( one way) back and forth twice!! So many people in customer service lately just want people to go away, it’s brutal. All the other national car locations are friendly and nice. Wow! Not this one! Not after that experience.

  The Regina airport National Car rental is amazing! Friendly, helpful and customer service is exceptional.

  I like being able to bypass the rental counter and picking up my car. I also like the ease of returning the car and getting my receipt online. The staff is always very courteous and helpful. Once I left my cell phone in the rental car when I returned it, and they were very helpful in finding it. Thank you national car rental
