  Worst place ever to deal with, worst customer service in the entire world . I went there to Rent a vehicle , earlier they told me i can rent a sedan for 20 days and SUV for less days that is 14 days due to an SGI Claim and suddenly they email me that SGI wont cover me for more than 14 days with Sedan , i called SGI and they say that its SUV in their system and advised me to call enterprise and discuss and then this entrerprise asked me that they can't do anything . They put wrong information in the system , they advised me wrong , the agents over there dont give you the correct information . I wont advice enterprise. They dont deserve even 1 star. Now i have no vehicle for a week atleast , so who will pay for my transportation ?

  I rented a car from here on the 23rd—excellent service. They provided me with a Volkswagen Taos. Since my credit card already included car insurance, I didn’t need to purchase additional coverage. This Enterprise branch is different from the airport locations; they placed a $300 hold as a deposit. I returned the car this morning on the 30th. I made sure to wash the car yesterday because the vehicle they gave me was very clean and new, and I wanted to return it in the same condition. Although it got a bit dirty on the highway this morning, I stopped by a nearby Co-op, filled up the tank, and washed the car again before returning it.

  Even though there was an issue with my recent reservation due to weather and vehicle availability, the team handled everything professionally. We were originally booked for an Expedition, but due to delays and maintenance issues, they provided us with a different vehicle, which we were still very happy with. Andrew and his team did a great job making sure we were taken care of. I’ve tried other rental companies, and overall, Enterprise has consistently provided a better experience for me. We’ll definitely rent from them again in the future.

  I filled the tank on the vehicle before I returned the vehicle I even vacuumed up the ruggs where there was dirt! They are charging me 80 to release my 300 dollar deposit at 1100 scarth street. I have all the receipts to prove it. That is poor way of handling business never going here again.

  I booked a rental car. They never told me about their policies about the kind of cards they would accept. I finished applying online with my cards. I went there. They were so late to process the booking because the car was not ready. Then after an hour, they told me I had to bring a certain type of credit card. That they wouldn’t accept my cards. Or debit visa. Or certain types of credit cards. Pr even cash. I asked to speak with the manager, and the front desk officer said that he’s one of the managers and there’s nothing I could do by escalating it. There was no attempt at solving the problem. No care for my time or the inconvenience I went through. It was so disappointing and frustrating. I wouldn’t want to go back there again.
