  Went there with an online reservation. When j showed the employee my reservation, Instead of greeting me and assisting me, the representative gave me attitude and in a condescending way told me “we don’t have that car and what makes you think we do.”. When i pointed at the car that i had reserved in the lot, he said “it needs an oil change”. Keep in mind, the car was just freshly washed. I understand that sometimes online inventory can be inaccurate, but there is a way to speak to customers. The second representative i spoke to who was outstanding. He apologised and spoke to us with respect. And we were on our way. Enterprise needs to train their staff regarding basic customer service.

  Well I pulled a dummy move, left my +$200 gift card in a vehicle my partner rented. We dropped it off late Saturday when I noticed and called on Sunday right away the guy said he found it and put it away due to me working that day. Now as I call today they’re saying they don’t have it? Great, awesome hope whoever took it needed it more than me. Merry Christmas Edit: link goes to a FAQ, so yeah they hire thieves here with no recourse and I’m still out $200 hope that person really needed it because I’m going to make a report

  Went in to get a vehicle and the second I drove off the lot it started making some insane noises in the passenger side front wheel. I brought it back within seconds and the staff helped me. While the vehicles weren’t the best, the second vehicle had stains and kept saying the trunk wasn’t closed - the customer service was incredible. Saurin and Bony truly made the experience incredible. They were so kind, attentive and were great problem solvers. They were just overall wonderful people. 10/10 customer service.

  Enterprise seems to be rather scammy. I called and made several reservations for a pickup with a hitch receiver. The call center lady assured me, no issues with this at all, the local will ensure that my needs are met. When the local representative called to confirm my booking, I was told no you need to pay more then twice what I was qouted. I told them that I agreed to a time, date and price based on my needs and I was told that its not an issue. They said sorry, can't help you talk to our other department. To bad for them, they lost my business. You don't get to sell me on one service while trying to extort me for another. Thank you for the Reply, a manager did reach out and booked me in for a pickup again and so far has resolved the issue. He said that it has happened several times in the past and that its an internal communication failure. He took full responsibility and rectified it. If I dont respond back, or edit this, one should assume good things!
