    They make you park a mile away and walk through snow in -25 carrying all your stuff to drop the car off. Car was nice at least. And not too expensive. Still need to upgrade the drop off experience especially in the winter.

    My flight was delayed until shortly after closing. I tried calling the location 2 weeks prior to confirm details, left a voicemail and got no response. I called at least 5 times after my flight was delayed and got no response. When the flight landed, there was no one at the counter. Three of us who booked with enterprise were left standing in a line of 7 people with Avis/Budget. Never will I ever trust Enterprise again. I can't believe they would leave all of us stranded at an airport in the middle of the night.
