  Positive: We got a car that drives. I guess that's good? Negative: Crazy long wait times. Please hire additional staff or revisit your processes. Unreliable and wrong information. Getting called that our car repair is ready, when it wasn't, and to return the car rental. How would they know? Don't call places on my behalf, or at least get your information correct. Ridiculous demands. Rental car had about 5% of fuel used up. Demanded to refuel it before dropping it off, including asking for a deposit. There's literally an option that is offered by Enterprise to pay the difference in fuel. Can't even follow your own signage? Or is the problem that a woman was your customer?
