Hey they helped me out a lot from a mistake I made. But it was good. Got an oil change and their took a dead thing out of my filter. Great service. Great people. Especially on a crappy winter flurry.

It was -38 out, I had a failed oil filter that leaked, I stopped in, the crew inspected my filter, recommended it change it, so I agreed, they topped up the oil and sent me off, didnt charge me for the filter or splash of oil. Im most certainly going back and highly recommend going.

Our oil guys name was Liam he's the best, he was honest and awesome. Told us what was needed and needs to be done. I would definitely continue to keep taking my vehicles in there every time they need an oil change....

Update: I did mean to update this earlier; life got in the way
Last week, the manager for this location reached out to me. He told me that he had reviewed the footage was shocked by what had transpired. He was apologetic, said that they would use this and learn from it. He also wanted to make things right. We talked; will see how things go. I have update the review from 1 to 3 stars.
Needed an oil change for my vehicle. My goodness. What crap show this turned out to be. Not going to name names. Started out nice: friendly, talkative, but that is where it ended. While trying to take out my air filter, the tech broke the clips. Instead of leaving it as is and letting me know that they don't want to take it out, the tech thought it was a good idea to use a pair of pliers on cold plastic. Well, looks like I'm getting a new air filter as no choice now..... Instead of "I am sorry, we broke your air filter", I get a "my bad" and a shoulder shrug. Was told that I'd get a discount of $15. Then, around 15 minutes pass and a total of 4 techs (including tech who broke it) tried to get the new one back in. Was then told 'the discount will get bigger as more time passes'. Supposed to be up to $20 off the air filter now...and they still can't get it installed. I hear one of the techs ask "can we put the old one back in?" "no, we can't, we broke it." So I have to get out of my car and put the air filter in myself and then ask them to put the rest of th air box back together. Watch them struggle with getting the screws put back in the base as well as getting the air intake plastic tube back in place. Can't even get all the air box screws back in properly, so I guess I need to do that myself as well. Get the receipt emailed as they said that the printer is broken, and low and behold, I do not see any discount listed on the receipt. Air filter should've been taken off the bill right from the get go. Didn't want to cause any issue as they were already having attitude problems after I showed them how to install an air filter. So what should've been a simple, easy oil change, turned into this review.
