Not impressed with staff attitude. Was 610 pm on a monday. Had a trailer tire blowout. Stopped at this place, of course just closed, tried after hours number, no response, staff still in building. After knocking a young lady opened shop door in coveralls still and point blankly told me they were closed. Well duh. Asked about a service call she says they dont provide that service due to no staff. Hmmm. Snotty attitude, no service. Not impressed.pick up and keep pace with of the companies guysthe rest

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
