  Excellent service! Quality work! Our truck had extensive damage from hitting a deer, they got our truck completed as soon as they could considering the length of time parts take to come in nowadays…the work they did was fantastic! Would recommend Boyd Autobody to friends and family without hesitation!

  This was the second time I have gone to Boyd Autobody for car repairs and the first time was great. This time around I waited almost 2 months for some parts (not their fault by any means) but they failed to call me when they arrived. I had been occasionally calling for updates and they always said they would call me if they knew anything about ETA. Finally one week I called and it turned out the part had already arrived and I was not contacted. I was booked in soon and after dropping off my car it was kept for a week (without them notifying us) and when we called they were still waiting for supplies. Once I finally had my vehicle back on the short 5 minute drive home from the shop I noticed a rattling noise coming from the underside of my vehicle so I turned around and asked them to take a look. They took it for an hour and they told me that they didn't know what was wrong and that it was no longer under their care. This was very frustrating as it had not been making noise prior to this and felt like regardless of that they should have known what was wrong or made an effort to help especially after they know we had been waiting months to get this car fixed. In regards to the actual repairs made to my car they were done fine but there was white paint on the black parts near my windows as well. Fast forward a few weeks and I took it into a different auto body shop and they found what was going on within 5 minutes of taking a look and had it fixed within the day. I just didn’t feel like Boyd gave me the time of day and makes me think they did not even really bother to take a look.
