  Been getting my oil changed for years at this business and have always been happy; however, NOT THIS TIME!! I always use my own oil (Full Synthetic Mobil 1… 0-20) which is a superior product to the only oil they supply (Valvoline). 1. Unbeknownst to me their prices have increased significantly. They made that known before the change and gave me the option to continue or not. I accepted this reality. 2. They made me aware that they were short staffed and that the oil change would take longer. I accepted that. 3. The oil change took about 15 minutes which was very acceptable. 4. Here’s where it gets infuriating: the cost (without adding in my own oil) was $90.00. I was presented with the invoice and paid it. Later I checked the invoice (my bad - I should have looked at it while I was in the bay) and much to my surprise the invoice stated that the following items were “checked” - lights, wiper blades, transmission fluid/coolant/washer fluid/brake fluid levels, battery ! In fact, NONE OF THESE ITEMS WERE CHECKED!! So, I immediately phoned the shop and spoke to the manager. He apologized, came up with the excuse that they were short staffed, that it won’t happen again, then just “brushed me off” (my interpretation). I agreed - IT WON’T HAPPEN AGAIN! In reality, they cheated me. The work that they reported in written form and what I paid for didn’t happen! I’m done with this business! BUYER BEWARE!

  So I asked before I got into this place if they could tell me if they could see where the leak on my antifreeze was coming from. They're like, "Yes, bring it on in." So I brought it in, and they quickly told me they couldn't see it and I would have to go to a mechanic after I removed the bottom cover for them underneath the front nose of my VW. So, anyways, the oil service is performed, and let me tell you about what happened after. I needed to get in there to do some work, so as I'm removing the air filter box, there were two screws that weren't even tightened up because they replaced my air filter on this job. 1. I can't even trust these guys to tighten up my air filter properly. 2. I had to go further because I'm changing my upper and lower radiator hoses, so as I'm removing my oil filter I'm like, "Well, doesn't that look like an old oil filter?" After running this by some experienced individuals, they're telling me that the shop didn't even change my oil filter. Just a word of warning for Vollswagen owners. Do not use this shop. The phots here are after a short stint of driving. Not impressed. I'd ask for a refund but I am sure this shop has no intention of honoring their "work" performed.

  Had to get an oil change on my cobalt because I didn’t have my ramps with me to do it myself. The guy that I spoke with (forget his name but his uncle is an instrument guy) did a great job. Told me exactly what he did and didn’t do as well as what the recommended services were at that specific amount of km’s I currently have on my car. If I didn’t normally do oil changes myself, I would go here every time
