One person was working, the other was just standing there and didn’t bother to help. When I tried to talk nicely, they acted like they didn’t care and just wanted me to hurry up and go. I used to be a manager at Pilot Flying J myself, and in my branch we always made sure hospitality was a top priority. That’s why this really stood out to me in a negative way. Hopefully, management pays attention so customers can feel more welcomed next time.
