Had my car repaired. Told them about the handbrake, wiggling during driving, check engine light, oil change, and a general inspection. Paid nearly $1800 altogether, got it back August 1 after about a week and a half which was reasonable. Additional parts were ordered. However, check engine light is still on. In my dad's words, they allegedly refused to take another look and that the staff almost didnt wanna deal with him. The car's wiggling problem during driving was also not solved. I hoped for a wheel alignment or some sort, but it seems like nothing was even done about it. Giving the benefit of the doubt, they said Mitsubishi's a tricky car to work around. However, they should have noted reasons as to why the check engine light was still on, not just "Well we looked and nothing was wrong". Staff was mostly okay with my experience. More of a 2.5/3 star. Hit or miss with service.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
