    I have never been more pleased! I have had problems with my local auto parts store (Sturtevant's) for a year now. I went to AutoZone to ask a couple of questions with the oil filter I had. The guy there (William) answered all of my questions. He even opened the box looked at it, and then asked me if it came like this? I said yes. And then proceeds to tell me that there is supposed to be a protective cover over it to keep dust and stuff out. (oh heck no!) So I went ahead and got a new oil filter, and this time it was properly packaged. William was honest, professional, and straightforward with me. Will definitely be coming here from now on! To get stuff to do my oil changes and other maintenance. Thank you again William.

    Popped into the spearfish location the other day, needed to upgrade my battery for cold weather cranking. Tim, the service technician was able to find the right type, and install my battery. Whole process was done in a few minutes. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable.

    If it wasn't the only auto parts stores open on weekends and late I wouldn't uses them.. want to get brakes there for my Ford F-150 they gave me brakes for a Ford F-250, the guy looked at the wrong one. So instead of just giving me an exchange of parts and either refunding the difference or make me pay the difference. I had to refund the whole thing to my card which took 3 days to get on there and then I had to buy the new ones lucky I had the money for it..
