  They told me they checked all the fluids, THE LIE DETECTOR TEST DETERMINED THAT WAS A LIE. Broke down literally the same week as my oil change on a below-freezing day with my young daughter and our dog in the car because my coolant was empty and engine was overheating 🫠 Thanks, Valvoline. Never again.

  The young men were more focused on standing around together talking about things unrelated to work or sharing very openly the mistakes they make. The car next to me asked them to make sure they don’t over fill his oil. Last time his mechanic had to pull a quart of oil off. I was waved to leave and kid stopped me, he forgot to put the cover back on the top of the motor. There were difference in the process then the time before when I went. I will not be back. I can’t risk the over fill. The ‘Manager’ also came out to speak w the kid working on my jeep and asking him about days off, if he could work 3, 12 hour shifts so he could have 4 off w the Holiday. I then got to hear the tech tell his family story and about mom and the weather. All while he is under the hood of my vehicle trying to do the job I’m paying for. I see 1 guy there, red head, that acts professional, the rest are kids unsupervised in my opinion. And I was never offered a tire rotation which I’m due for this oil change.

  Trevor was amazing. I wanted to tell his mgr personally but he was not available. Trevor was professional, polite, helpful, extremely efficient. He has earned my repeat business

  I really feel they went the extra mile to take care of me. The previous Valvoline place I went to in Mankato MN not only shorted me 2 qts, but installed a faulty filter WITHOUT the center piece. Had that failed, it would have crushed the filter and blew up my motor! Total hacks!! But thank God for the tech at this location that caught it, and extra thanks for the other tech that went out and found the very last oil filter cover part in Sioux Falls!! He went across town in a snowstorm to go get it! That's service and really going the extra mile for your customers!! Thanks guys! I hope your boss recognizes what a great crew there is at this location!!! I can't thank you enough!!

  A few days ago, my fiance and I called thinking something was wrong with our oil. A guy named Alex talked it out with us over the phone, and when we came by to let them have a look, he checked it out himself, and reassured us we were fine, pointing out the actual problem we had. Dude went above and beyond for the hell of it, and I'm still thinking about it days later. Fully appreciate that, thanks man.
