I visited the store relatively early on a Saturday morning and as I thought, there was very little traffic. As I pulled around behind the shop, I was unsure at first which bay I should approach. (perhaps better symbols on the pavement?) but, the Valvoline crew responded to my approach. From there, I don't really need to say anything except that my experience at your store was A+. Verbal commands between the teammates brought up fond memories of my military career. My experience was great, and I will visit again.
