They deserve a raise because it’s not very often anymore that you see people enjoying what they do and doing whatever they’re doing to the best of their ability. They take pride in their work and it showed. I can service my vehicle myself but I would still come back to the shop on 41st street in Sioux Falls because it was such a great experience

They eventually fixed it, defending that no significant damage was done, but refused to give any form of reimbursement or refund. I understand that mistakes happen, especially on busy days, but mistakes seem to be the commonplace place in my experience with Valvoline with little to no pathway to make up for the inconvenience.

- CSConnor SingreyDec 31, 20255.0I had Andrew help me and explain to me what each service item meant and he was very knowledgeable but also very personal and made my visit that was longer than usual so much more enjoyable. I thought Andrew did an excellent job balancing my service with the other cars in the bays and it was an amazing experience, if I had not had such good service I probably would not have gotten the package and upgraded if Andrew had not been so good at communicating with me. We talked about fishing and life and it was what I needed that day so for that reason I felt compelled to leave a review.

I now know more about my new SUV and am grateful for the information. I need to replace some other fluids and now I know pricing. Spencer got the work done and was very friendly as well. I didn't get to talk to Connor but I appreciate his diligence as well. Keep being rockstars guys and you will go far in life. Long time customer with many different vehicles and I always end up at Valvoline because of the service I receive. WELL DONE!!!
