Alex was the mechanic that worked on my vehicle, he was efficient, friendly, and walked me through additional services (with explanation). He was not pushy about getting the services done and was polite when I declined. Oil change was completed in 15 min or less - as advertised. They seem to always have coupons too. Will be returning to this location for a future oil change!
