  Awesome work Antonio! Very high-end technician knows how to break everything down to have you understand and even details and explains what methods. If any questions are asked, wouldn't recommend anybody else. Five stars all the way

  Worst experience ever. I’m not a review person, in fact, I tend to think that most reviews are shallow and not helpful. But if I can write something here to help others avoid this place, I’ll gladly sacrifice this time on a Saturday. Twice I had an 8am appointment on a Saturday morning to replace a cracked windshield for a Subaru Ascent as part of an insurance and deductible replacement. The first Saturday, I received a phone call at 9:45am (one hour and 45 minutes after my appointment) informing me that they cannot do the replacement and I can come get the vehicle. The tech that called said they forgot to order the rain sensor part, while the service writer told me Subaru forgot to ship a new rain sensor with the windshield – stories did not match. Fine, they said they'd order the part and it'll be here mid-week so I set a new appointment for the next Saturday at 8am. I received a phone call the second Saturday from the same technician at 8:33am telling me “the same thing happened as last week and we’re going to have to cancel the appointment...”. I went through this so you don’t have to, please avoid this place.

  Never disappointed of their work. Even though the old windshield was giving him difficulty but he stayed patience and got through it just fine. Thank you!!

  I had two windshield replaced in two days or two of my cars. I scheduled them a day apart. I had the service done remotely at my work, which made it very convenient. My technician named Jackson was excellent. He informed me exactly when he would arrive inside the four hour window that I had set up and he arrived within five minutes of the expected time. Jackson was very professional and took his time explaining everything and then got to work. I only had to meet him in the parking lot hand off my keys and wait for his text to tell me that he was finished. At that time, I had already made my payment using the secure link that he had sent me in the text. After explaining some of the things that I should, and shouldn’t do after receiving a New windshield, He thanked me and I went back to work. It was very convenient. Safelite is very lucky to have an employee like Jackson to take such good care of their customers. Both cars windshields look great and function. Awesome. I highly suggest using the remote install if you love the convenience of getting it done at your work. My benefit of advice is to check the weather and make sure it’s not raining on that day that you schedule your appointment.

  Had to have a windshield replaced because of Crack from rock chip. Done at safelite in Sioux Falls as insurance set it up. Was told I really needed to put on new windshield wipers st same time. My expense and very overpriced. Passenger side wiper came off and I was able to stop and get it. Took vehicle to an auto business and they showed me the problem. The wipers installed at Safelite were not even the correct wipers for the vehicle and did not fit properly so reason wipers dropped off. Auto dealer informed me that there would continually be problems especially with winter coming up. I now had to put another set of wipers on because of Safelites negligence installing wrong wipers
