I found out later they did not change the oil, did not replace leaking fuel injector seals, and ignored multiple alert messages. Supervisor Tim told me that his technicians are untrained and low in number.

I have never had a good experience with u-haul and Penske was superior. Not one to leave reviews, but this was such a step above the competition that they deserve a little recognition.
