- MHMark HawkinsJan 29, 20261.0Worst place I have ever had to deal with, they have had the truck over a week now, been working on it but still can't say what is wrong, ran a diagnostic and can't read it ? Told have to wait for someone to do that likely monday and today only thursday. Will be another week not working. But then hopefully things get figured out, been trucking nearly 30 years and this truck is the biggest Turd I've ever been in. You would think penske would hire competent people, would certainly help them.

I found out later they did not change the oil, did not replace leaking fuel injector seals, and ignored multiple alert messages. Supervisor Tim told me that his technicians are untrained and low in number.
