  My account is getting overcharged from what the total was now I am having to deal with that. I never got a call back when I left a message 3 days. All 3 days it was Tristan that was working which is suppose to be branch manager. I asked the name so I could report it. The one that checked me in made it clear I was a bother and clearly she did not want to help me but HAD to.

  The car was good, the price was competitive, and the process was smooth. I appreciate that check-in/out agents kept our process on point (no pushy sales attempts or unnecessary dialog). They even thoughtfully included an ice scraper for the windshield, but thankfully I didn't need it. I would definitely rent from National again.

  The two people at the National counter at Joe Foss airport were amazing. I was heading to the tental vehicle within three minutes of arriving at the counter. I will keep coming back to National, great rates, nice selection of vehicles, and amazing customer service.
