  I want to share a very positive experience with Great Plains Customs and Jeremiah. Approximately eight months ago, I purchased a 2022 F-250 Platinum equipped with a Zone 6” radius arm lift and 18,000 miles. From the day I picked up the truck, the steering performance was extremely poor, including roughly two inches of play in the steering wheel and severe bump steer, which made the vehicle uncomfortable and at times unsafe to drive. I consulted with multiple shops and had the vehicle aligned several times, but the issue remained unresolved. Most recommendations involved replacing numerous components — drag link, track bar, tie rod ends, steering box, steering stabilizers, caster shims, and even tires. Realistically, I could have spent upwards of $10,000 on parts without ever addressing the root cause. Based on my own assessment, I was confident most of those parts were not the true issue, with the possible exception of caster correction. After speaking with Jeremiah, he expressed confidence that he could diagnose and significantly improve the problem. Although I was initially skeptical, I made the three-hour drive to have him evaluate the truck. Within approximately ten minutes of arrival, Jeremiah confirmed his suspected diagnosis and explained the expected improvement. After completing the work, I would estimate the steering improved by roughly 95%. The truck now drives very close to stock half-ton steering feel. In addition, he addressed a few smaller items, and the total cost was under $300. This is the level of diagnostic ability and customer service that is becoming increasingly rare. I would confidently recommend Great Plains Customs to anyone needing lift, suspension, or diesel-related work. Thank you to the team for the excellent service.
