  Our truck broke down on our first retirement/vacation trip near Sioux South Dakota. We contacted Levi at the truck division in Sioux Falls. He was very instrumental in getting us a Chevy 2500 Super Duty to finish our trip. We needed the truck a little longer than planned and they made sure that it worked for us. What started out to be a crappy trip turned around with the help of the truck division in Sioux Falls. We had a great trip thanks to his location. We have used Enterprise in the past in Omaha Nebraska and have also had great experiences with that location as well. Thanks Enterprise!!!

  Cindy is amazing, I broke down in Sioux Falls and couldn't get what I needed rented, she took care of us and got us back on the road. She went above and beyond. Thank you so much! If you need to rent a truck go here first.

  I'll get to Sioux Falls in a second, but first, the Fargo web site showed cargo van availability for the time period I needed one. I reserved one and took an Uber to pick it up only to find the place locked. The guy was out for a serious personal reason, which I understand, but there was apparently no way to warn me beforehand. (I had only just made my appointment right before opening time that morning. I was picking it up at 11am.) It turns out they didn't actually have a van available anyway despite the web site saying it was available for a week rental. So, I went home via Uber again ($) and tried to book a van, which again showed availability, this time for the next day, as the start of a week rental. This time I called before booking. I was once again informed that no van was actually available the next day. So next I tried the city with Enterprise Truck rental about 3 hours away (Sioux Falls). This site showed 5 different types of cargo vans all available for my week rental. I called Sioux Falls Enterprise to be sure. Nope. None of the vans would be available. The site shows them available, but they aren't actually available. 5 different ones. I've never had this trouble with other truck rentals. I called the Sioux Falls location to confirm. She confirmed it. No vans available. I was excited to try Enterprise. I'll no longer bother. I've been tracking the van availability on the Fargo site for months (with S.F. as a backup) and had no idea it wasn't based on actual availability. So much time wasted! Plus my Uber trip to and from my reservation today that fell through cost me more money when a move is already so expensive. I can't recommend them. Beware availability isn't always what the site claims it to be. In my case, it never was. Response to owner's response: Those are the details. I gave you all the info you need. Why would I waste more time contacting you that way? Summary: availability on your web site is inaccurate for one week rentals of cargo vans.
