    I had a reservation, but the person behind the desk said that the passport and the driving license,it supose to be one issuer … (same country) I m must say, I live in Europe. I do travel a lot… I never had this experience.. he replyed … its USA,company policy… I went to Hertz… all good!

    Sent to wait in line at the Alamo National counter because no one at the actual Enterprise counter? On a Friday no less. Disappointing to say the least.

    I’ve been a long-term Enterprise customer, but this was a poor experience. After admittedly leaving a semi-expensive item in a returned car, I tried to contact the location’s lost and found. After hours on hold (multiple calls that hang up after ~six minutes on hold because all of the associates are busy) listening to how great Enterprise's customer service is, I finally spoke to someone who states they had my missing item and asked that I send the equivalent of a self-addressed envelope and they’d return my item that they verified they had in hand. Great! I completed the steps exactly as instructed, including a note that this shipment was for my named/by-color item. They sent me someone’s prescription Ray Ban sunglasses. Fail. After another 1+ fruitless hours on hold with the airport location, I called the national number. They promised to take action and internally contacted the branch asking about where my item is. The branch replies internally stating they don’t have my item in lost and found. I have to call the national number again to inquire as to the status. I ask about maybe there was a mixup and someone else has my item and I was inadvertently sent someone’s prescription sunglasses. Nope. No mixup. We don’t have your item. While I give credit to the those National representatives who tried to assist me, Enterprise as a whole failed to live up to expectations. Maybe the branch is understaffed but that’s not mine to solve. Waiting 25 minutes for a car upon arrival with a reservation? Didn’t start out well and sure didn’t end well. Why have a lost and found if they don’t answer the phone and cannot send items even after following the instructions given. If I want another of the same item, I now have to purchase it while remembering the Enterprise hold message about their own exceptional customer service expectation they failed to meet.

    Beware this location! Not particularly nice customer service on pickup or dropoff, when usually the airport locations pride themselves on that. Then, they tried to overcharge me by falsely adding a dropoff time later than my actual time. When I called the location to ask about it, they said they'd resolve it. Never did. Reached out to general customer service and was told they "rejected the refund". I guess they just make up return times here? Clown show operation. Avoid this location... but if you do rent, triple check your receipt.
