  Tiffany made the right call back in December when my son and I arrived, and made sure we had the vehicle we had reserved available that week. I really appreciated her going the extra mile to make sure a dad and his kid got to see their family for Christmas. You need more people like her working for your company across the nation, the most seemless rental transaction I've every been through even with a hitch.

  Place is an absolute joke, they tell you they have a vehicle like a sedan ready, you get here and there’s no vehicle available…these people are bait and switch artists and need to be stopped. This has completely thrown a wrench in my entire weekend plans all because these people lie about their availability just to get you to the store and try to up sell you if they even have the expensive models available which most of the time they don’t because they set up “returns” as a (drop off when you want kind of nonsense) so they just tell you it’s available because they assume someone is going to drop it off on the agreed upon time BUT 99% of the time the people never drop it off on time and it’s always the new customer that takes the hit…you people should be shut down for how you bait and switch customers, it’s been illegal in the automotive world and now it should be for you people too…

  I went to rent a vehicle from there. They said they had a vehicle available that day until I said I had State Farm insurance and then they said they didn’t have a car rental available until four days later. I drove by there and there’s 20 cars in the parking lot? Very dissatisfied.
