Everyone is friendly and they've twice given me free rides home, but if they've got a full lobby I'll sometimes take the bus instead so I don't overburden them. One of the managers Nate was SUPER helpful recently in making sure the SUV I wanted for a multi-week cross-country trip was available. This location can sometimes get super busy though with phones ringing off the hook, so definitely recommend trying to be there first thing in the morning if at all possible.
