  Katie assisted me with replacing my bulb to my headlight. She was exactly what you hope for in customer service.. knowledgeable, helpful, and timely. She removed my current bulb, showed me a few options that I could purchase to replace, rang me up and installed the new bulb. All in a matter of a few minutes. She was also courteous and polite, a breathe of fresh air to see this in an associate. Katie, if you get to read this, you give hope that this next generation cares about doing the job right and with the correct attitude!

  Friendly staff, often ready to help even when I haven't asked. They told me bout the brake pads and rotor deal. Explained why i should go with the gold i think it was. With the amount of driving I do it made sense. Awkwardly i called them with questions since i wanted to save money on doing rotors, they briefly explained its a simple process if i had the know how which i did from the past just didn't remember the process doubled check what tools I needed. I had most just was missing a C clamp. Even before i left the store prior to that they asked if i had the proper lubricant and explained briefly what its purpose was. They didn't pressure me one bit and said get the small sample type if i need more in future i coukd return for a bigger portion..when i returned for something else later on, they remembered me and ask hows thw brakes doing on the car. I said it was great but someone else could've use those brakes as they tBoned me. I know if i need rotors in futire for my car id be buying it. Already bought my wifes brake and rotors not to long ago. Its great paying 200-500 than to pay over a grand or more for such a simple bit time consuming task. Definitely my store to go to. Glad they have one on that side of town its on my way to my kids school in between pickups!!!
