  Great group of guys, I worked with one of the owners to buy a trailer for a venture of mine. They were very helpful, able to answer questions and made a very fair deal. No pressure and a nice clean well organized store. Would recommend them for your trailer and powersport needs! Thanks!!!

  I wish I could give this business zero stars. I purchased two new UTVs for my company through Empire Motorsports, added accessories, and had great experiences with their sales, service, and parts departments. Based on that positive relationship, I decided to bring my 2006 GSXR 1000 to them for a fuel issue — something I would normally handle myself. Initially, they replaced the fuel pump but informed me the issue remained. I reminded them that the fuel regulator also needed to be replaced, which extended the time my bike was in their shop. This was a fully restored bike — recently fitted with custom-painted plastics, new tires, chain, wheels, electronics, and a fresh dyno tune. Unfortunately, while in their care, my motorcycle was damaged. It appeared someone had taken it for a test ride or a joyride and laid it down, causing significant damage to the left side including the rear plastics and frame slider. When I asked management to review their security footage and explain what happened, I received no resolution. Weeks later, they instead placed blame on me and provided no evidence that the footage had even been reviewed. The lack of accountability and follow-up was extremely disappointing. I invested significant time and money into that bike, and now it sits in a corner, unrideable, as a reminder of this experience. I had hoped for honesty and professionalism — even a simple acknowledgment or effort to make it right — but received neither. Because of this, I will no longer do business with Empire Motorsports, nor will the companies I work for or work with. All I ever asked for was transparency and responsibility, but that was not provided. Class act response from ownership 👏. Funny thing is.. Someone in your store knows what happened 😂. OH and on the person matters. Maybe you can speak to my lawyer.
