- KRKarlee Rauschenberger3 days ago5.0Salesman Cole Kluthe and Brandon and the service team at Camping World in Sioux Falls did a fantastic job of making an out of state sale go well. Cole did an excellent walk through of the camper over FaceTime and was very good at communicating throughout the entire sales process. Brandon handled the sales/service process once we got to Camping World. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Brandon went above and beyond to help the sales process go smoothly. The member of the service team that did our walkthrough was thorough and professional. If you are interested in a camper at Camping World in Sioux Falls Brandon and Cole are both excellent to work with. As a side note if you bring your family along there are coloring sheets and activities for the kids. There is also popcorn and drinks available in the waiting area and a large selection of camping accessories and necessities. It is a good idea to schedule an appointment during peak times as this is a busy dealership.

As it turned out, the washer and dryer would fit with some modifications, so I opted out of it. However, our water heater was leaking due to our travel from Florida to South Dakota. Todd kept us posted with the removal and installation process and if he wasn't available, Liz kept us updated. Todd is an outstanding sales representative, very knowledgeable and very personable. He takes time to connect with the client and ensures the client is happy and satisfied. If you need assistance, ask for Todd. He's the man! Thanks Todd!
