  Took my truck out to Rapid City for a vacation and it broke down—annoying, but whatever. Had it towed to the dealership expecting actual professionals. Instead, I got three days of wasted time just to be told it would take TWO WEEKS and cost $2,000 to fix. No urgency, no real diagnosis, just a lazy, overpriced guess. Decided to tow it SIX HOURS back home, and what do you know? The issue was a blown fuse. A. Blown. Fuse. The truck fired right up with zero problems. So either they’re completely incompetent or perfectly fine trying to rip people off—neither is acceptable. And to make it even worse, the guy running the service desk was a complete joke. Rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was beneath him. Zero professionalism across the board. Absolutely pathetic experience. I wouldn’t trust these people to diagnose a dead battery, let alone anything serious. I will never go back to that dealership, and this whole experience has me seriously questioning ever owning another GM vehicle again.

  Made a cash offer on a used vehicle right as they closed via text. Was told the next morning that the salesperson would present it to his manager real quick and let me know. Almost 4 hours later I reached out to the salesperson and they said so.eone else came in this morning and bought it. No follow up or nothing. I very much despise being lied to by sales people.

  I had a great experience today when I purchased a Toyota Grand Highlander and traded in another Toyota Highlander. I found all the staff very friendly and accommodating. My salesman was Colter Schenbeck and he was great to work with. He’s friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable and does it all with a smile. I felt very comfortable and I’m very happy with my purchase.

  My partner took his Cadillac here for a check up. Cost $180 to diagnose a leaky radiator. They said there were none in stock and it would take a week to get the part. My partner explained we had an upcoming trip scheduled and they insisted there was no part in their system and could not get fuxed for a week. Had they called across the street they would have found the part and we could have gotten it fixed there..instead we took the car and our business to their competitor. Manager I spoke with was apologetic but barely. Clearly happy to diagnose and get that $ but too lazy to do the actual job, IMO.

  Waiting 3 plus hours with a toddler was excruciating. Then I was presented with bad news. One of the bolts on the wheel hub was shorter & a different color than the rest. I was told the entire hub had to be replaced, cost of additional $400. I took the old part to where I get my tire repairs & replaced. They said they could have drilled out the bad post & replaced for $60 in 15 min. Very disappointed in dealership garage upselling a service. The waiting room has terrible seating as well.
