  I am frequently using the rent a car for my business always preferred with national or enterprise but this time I rented a car with Avis. When I came here for car the guy was name Richard and he gave me the car and I was driving to Chicago and when I was on the the road the odometer showing me oil change required notification on the screen. After few minutes it’s showing washer fluid required. I can do everything but I didn’t want bcoz if anything happened with engine so all the cost would be came on my head so I didn’t do anything. I extended one more night and lady ( sales girl online ) she extended . She gave me the rate but when I came here and the same guy was here ( Richard ) I told him everything but he was not ready to listen anything even he was denied to give me the print paper for invoice. He told me the difference price and the lady was she gave it to me different price. He was not able to give any discount which I faced problem during my trip. I m not worried about the discount or anything but the way he was treating me it was not look like he was following the customer services. I hope he will learn very quickly . God blessed him.

  A rental at this location was great, with friendly staff and good experience. A month later, I received a letter stating I owed for a full windshield replacement for a rock chip. I didn't have proof that it wasn't me, so I was forced to pay the cost which was less than it was worth to run an insurance claim but enough to be painful. Their "claims" department process was highly impersonal and I felt treated as though I was an overdue collections target. It was highly offensive as a customer going through this experience and I don't plan to rent with Enterprise again. I'm not sure if this is a common scam at this location to send charges well after the fact or perhaps Enterprise in general.
