When I pointed it out, the staff had a terrible attitude and lied, claiming they didn’t cause it instead of taking responsibility. To make it even worse, another crack has now formed in the same exact spot, proving the original repair was rushed and poorly done. This place shows zero care for customers’ vehicles and zero accountability when they mess up. Sloppy work, dishonest staff, and no professionalism. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. If you want real professional service use NOVUS glass, they go above and beyond for customers!

I said my appointment isn’t till tomorrow at 11. They said o we have you down for right now. And now 11 tomorrow is booked. Then told me they would double book for 8:30 in the morning. So I went there at 7:30 thinking if they were being kind and double booking I would get there early so if they got done sooner I would be there and not have to have them wait since they were fitting me in. I told the guy I was there but had no problem waiting. He glared and said extremely rude manor. Your appointments at 8:30 and I will get to you at 8:30. Then turned and walked away with out letting me respond. So I did the same I walked away and never went back.
