They texted while I was working and said 60-90 minute ETA at 2:00 pm. Then got a text the driver was en route at 2:05 pm. I got off work at 3 based on the information provided and apparently missed the driver. The assistance company called them and were told they’d go back with in 60 minutes. They never showed. Thankfully, my road side assistance company got Plains Towing and Recovery to take care of business.
