  Kenny and the crew rock. Im having a problem with my antifreeze and they always top me off for free. They are straight and to the point. I will ALWAYS take my truck there before I consider ANYWHERE else. If they cant fix it they will tell you where to go for a fair deal instead of a lot of places that just rob you blind. Im a female and they dont even play like they can get over on me. I give them 5 stars!! Thank you guys!

  Got my change oil this morning and engine clean this morning. Someone took my money inside the white envelope at trunk of passenger side. Of course they will denied amd they told to the police their CCTV not working

  Best customer service of any shop I've ever been to! Kenny, Joe, and Brandon were great to work with! Needed my 100k service done and when we ran into some issues got me in immediately and we're not only kind and nice about everything but had another shop on the phone within seconds of diagnosing the problem to help me get it sorted out! I will NEVER go to another shop for any of my vehicles, they made a life time customer for sure! Highly recommend

  Grease monkey, sucks I was there eight months ago to get my oil changed and a worker asked if I wanted my breaks bleed. I took the offer and about two weeks later there was fluid on the ground where all four of my tires rest in the driveway. Checked my breaks and they had no pressure when I pressed on them. I took my car back let them know about what happened and they told me that who ever did your breaks last stripped your bleeder valves. I let them know they were the ones who bleed them last and they tried blaming the car dealership but I had my car for a year and no one ever touched my breaks. Well they ended up replacing all four of my calipers but after they were done I left and as soon as I left the breaks gave out at the stop lights I ran into a car at the red lights and they weren’t responsible for the vehicle being totaled. So I applied for a job there and it was horrible. I wouldn’t let them touch anybody’s car because they aren’t certified mechanics. They watch you tube videos on how to change anything on a car. I know because I got a job there and I wasn’t certified. After watching YouTube videos I became certified so if I were you, I wouldn’t recommend grease monkey. But I do recommend going to marks auto on east Cambell they are certified. 😁 I also had a 2025 vehicle. And I had my oil changed 2 months later after that incident at the Mount Rushmore rd. Location and I was about 15 miles out of town when my oil plug came off my oil pan terrible job never going back to grease monkey again and whoever reviews this I recommend never going to grease monkey either it’s been eight months and I was never reimbursed nothing for my car being towed back to the Mount Rushmore rd location. The company promised to reimburse me but never came through. Still waiting for my reimbursement.🤬😡🤬They also never replaced my skid plate they took off underneath my car when changing my oil so my car ain’t running right but they don’t care. So this is why I recommend Marks Auto or Walmart Auto also Take 5 oil change is a great place to take your vehicle They are all certified in mechanics. 👍
