- MCMichael Carter6 days ago1.0ZERO STARS if google would let me!!!!!!! Got oil changed on 10/24 and while drliving on the highway on 12/16 my drain plug came out! This of course drained all oil from the motor and destroyed my motor. Do not take your vehicles there. They cannot keep staff and it is obvious that they do not bother with standards. When returning a call to their corporate office it took SIX calls and text message to actually get them to return my call.

The professionalism and friendliness of the employees was above and beyond. I decided I was definitely coming back with my car. Am so glad I did!! I can’t say enough good things about the two young men who serviced my car! They were so polite and friendly and of course professional!! They were absolute gentlemen and that is something you just don’t see any more!! Thank you Brandon and Joe!!! You are the BEST!! I will be a returning customer!! I highly recommend the Grease Monkey on Rushmore Road!! Wish I could leave more than 5 stars!!

Took my car in last week to a repair shop for something and they told me my cabin filter was put in wrong last time I got it done that it got kinked and was letting leaves get past and got into my blow motor. Not happy about it.
