Was given a few options of SUVs to choose from at pick up and agent was helpful by informing me of incoming snow so suggested a Jeep. Jeep was clean and definitely did well in the snow and during my travels.

I greatly appreciate his great customer service and making things easier after an exhausted day traveling.
