    One of the rudest customer service experiences I have ever had. Went here twice to get a car that they had already given away. The woman on the phone was extremely sarcastic when I asked what the issue was. I will be calling to speak to the manger who never reached out despite being told multiple times he would.

    Amazing experience. First time renting a car to make a yearly trip to see my mom and grandma, every single employee I met was professional, personable, and fun! Made jokes, kept the paperwork brief and simple and were very kind and helpful getting me through a first time adulthood milestone. The vehicle its self was impeccably clean, very new and nice looking, had i had no issues with my 4 hour drive. The deposit for the vehicle was promptly returned the very day the vehicle was brought back. Thank you North St. Rapid Enterprise team!
