- JYJamie YorkJul 8, 20241.0Super rude. All I wanted was a half a cup of ice. They wanted to charge me over $3. When I questioned it I was told (in a very nasty voice) “it is posted!!!” I didn’t notice their faded sign - but that still didn’t warrant the rudeness. I promptly said I didn’t want it then and she snatched it and stomped away… I know this is a tourist town with thousands through a day, but that still doesn’t mean customer service is out the window.

We went in to prepay because all stations that we stop at require prepay for cash. We were not given the discount because we were supposed to pump then pay. When questioned, we were told there was a sign on the pump explaining that but there was no sign. Why wasn't that explained to us when we went in to prepay with cash? I feel like it could have been made right but it wasn't. We will not be using Sinclair again.
