I have a 2023 Nissan Altima, they were unwilling to change the cabin air filter. This was due to lack of experience, training, and skill regarding the filter location. Pretty inconvenient that I take my car in for simple maintenance and end up doing it myself. probably just change the oil myself or find a different shop. Also, My cvt is sealed, where did they get the fluid for their little cue tip demonstration? Did they crack it and scrape it off the bolt head? I actually really hope not. I hope that is just a sales plot all around. I think I may stop by and inquire about this.

I called minutes before I went to have my oil changed, and I asked if they accepted on-line coupons. I was reassured they did. I asked for the price of a FULL-SYNTHETIC oil change. I was given a quote without a coupon and was told the total would be less dependent on the coupon. After I was there (within 10 minutes), I was quoted a much higher price and told that since their equipment couldn't scan the on-line coupon, they could only give me a little over $7 off rather than the $25 the coupon stated. I objected. I was then encouraged to pay the full amount, leave the garage, and "settle the difference later." There was no line of cars behind me, so I believe that was just one more tactic to blame "the system" for poor service, and I would not pay the full amount. I eventually was given the listed coupon amount off the higher amount that I felt manipulated into paying AFTER I received so-called service. However, I specifically pointed out that the receipt noted the tire pressure was OK, but one tire was a little low. I was reassured that the correct air pressure was in the tires and that the warning signals were reset. I left that place only to realize the signals were either not reset or something was definitely wrong. I went back after driving a few blocks. No client was there within minutes of me leaving the first time so they obviously were not rushing me to help waiting customers. The SECOND TIME I was there, the signal was reset and tires were checked and the information on the account was partially corrected. I was told that the gauge in my tire must be faulty, but I know the sound associated with car tires being checked. I heard the sound of tires being checked only on the 2nd visit even though I was specifically told they were checked the first time. Magically, the low-tire-warning signal went off after I heard the special sound of tires getting addressed. (Actually, it was not magic. I believe the worker chose not to do what I was specifically told was done.) I don't mind adding air to my own tires, but I seriously dislike being lied to. Now, I don't know what was actually done except feeling swindled. Good luck to anyone who chooses to go there.

Do NOT use this location. My college student went in for an oil change on November 11th. They drained the TRANSMISSION fluid and somehow didn't realize it. He picked it up and returned to the shop immediately when he realized it was making weird noises. They looked at it and told them they could find nothing wrong. He took it to a different shop, where they immediately realized the oil was over filled and on further investigation that the transimmison fluid was EMPTY! Because of these problems he had to wait several extra days before coming home for Thanksgiving break. Although Valvoline did pay the new shop charges they refused a refund on the first service that they didn't even provide. If he had not been aware enough to stop driving his car and call home for help who knows what amount of damage would have been done to the car. Take your business to Automotive Service Center. They did an excellent job getting the car working again.

The service was great, and there is a certain convenience for being able to pop in, get an oil change, and then leave in about 10-minute window. I do think it's a bit expensive though.
