I stood there waiting for him to finish whatever he was doing on his phone. Not a word was spoken during the entire interaction with him. Very unwelcoming. My second visit to return an item, same thing happened as my first visit. No one asked if I needed assistance as I stood at the counter. There was a guy with dreads (Devin) who didn’t even acknowledge me standing at his register. He continued to look down at whatever he was doing. So I went to the second guy’s register and he told me to hold on while he was on his personal phone. He never assisted me. Finally the guy with dreads (Devin) reluctantly assisted me with my return. They acted as if I were bothering them. Your job is to assist customers. I’ll never come to this location again.

Tracy made sure I received a great price on the battery because I had it for less then 3 years and Herb, Nathan, and Tra went out into the 100 degree heat and put the battery in with not one complaint. This entire store turned my bad situation into a positive one. I cannot thank them enough! Great job to store to 5310!

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
