- CMCandi MDec 29, 20253.0It was my 1st oil change in my ‘new to me’ car. The manager on sight, was very knowledgeable about my specific oil required (0w40). He went below my car to start the oil change, I repeated myself to Nikolai 3x, after a whole conversation, about it needing 0w40 and not 5w40…..not every girl is ‘car dumb’. Then, as they got started, the guy refilling the oil was spilling it over the side of the funnel… and I yelled at him…. Nikolai went and corrected the employee and cleaned it off, so it wouldn’t need to burn off or make me think I had an oil leak…. He discounted my oil change and I had an email coupon, as we use this convenient location for all 4 of our vehicles. I then overheard the other 2 employees talking in the left Bay Area, about how I was ‘wilding out about the guy spilling the oil’ so I yelled at them too about the oil being expensive and they shut up… I think that they could have definitely been more professional! But overall, I got my oil changed, with the correct weighted oil and got a small discount for the spilled oil. I will go back again, but they gotta get their crap together! I won’t send either of my teenage drivers there, due to the unprofessionalism and negligence of my experience, without me or their Daddy to ensure it’s done correct!
