I was concerned about my daytime lights not working properly. Scenic was given the task from Jim Smith's Auto Repair shop to confirm his diagnosis of the module being bad.
Scenic told me there was nothing wrong, had looked it over and determined that, and charged me nothing for their time! I was very grateful for that, and they did me a kindness to do so that I respect for their honesty.
I will SURELY consider having Scenic do car repairs for me in the future, and, they were right - my daytime lights are working just fine!
Thank you, Scenic! Your honesty and integrity matters to me to the utmost, and your Staff were tremendously helpful, courteous, and friendly! I had a 1000% PLUS experience at Scenic! Thank you, again, for that!

Everyone was super kind and helpful! My check engine light came on two weeks after my unlimited warranty expired so I immediately had concerns. Turns out my turbo charger went around 30,000 miles but was still all covered under a different warranty. They were quick to diagnose, had to order a part which happens, and once it came in got me back in there a couple days later. Only thing I have for constructive criticism is that initially I was told it shouldn’t take more than a day and it ended up taking almost 3- which completely happens when you start a project it almost always entails more, I just would have liked an update instead of having to check in myself and probably interrupt their busy days. Still 5 stars because I really had to nitpick to find anything that wasn’t great about my time here :)

Love the dealership and my vehicle but the service department has its issues. Can’t ever get a person on the phone without holding 15 plus minutes and I know they get busy but every time you call??? Don’t think so and they are rude. When you make an appointment online you get at least 3 confirmations 2 text messages and 1email plus reminders the day before your appointment but when you arrive for your appointment they don’t have you in the system. If the online appointments don’t work…don’t offer it! They had my vehicle for over 8 hours with no explanation as to what was taking so long and when I called for an update I was told the person handling my vehicle was out to lunch and would call me back soon. An hour later I called back only to find out they hadn’t done the main thing I’d taken it in for. They send you text messages if you need anything while your vehicle is there you can respond to that number, did that and still haven’t gotten a response back. Very frustrating experience this time and every time you take your vehicle in to be serviced.

Made an appointment online for a “concours condition” 1984 El Camino several weeks in advance. Basic service….Oil/filter change, transmission service, differential fluid change and “multi-point“ overall inspection. Received a confirmation email and as well, a reminder email/text the day before. Took the day off from work, drove over from Salem, and arrived 15 minutes early for the 9am appointment. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY DO NOT DO ANY SERVICE ON CARS OLDER THAN 1995!!? I asked why nobody had bothered to call me to let me know of their service policy and was told that, “….we don’t see the details of the service appointments….”????? I also asked why there is no mention of the policies on their website and was told, “…..we have no control over the website….”????? This is a General Motors, Chevrolet dealership, right? (I also owned a “Show Condition” 1966 Mustang GT. Every Ford dealer I did business with was always more than happy to service the car!).
What else can be said here…..The episode speaks volumes for itself.
(And to think that we were considering the purchase of a new Suburban!)
On a positive note, the one ”Service Advisor” did recommend a local repair shop that did work on “Classics”…….

I took my car to Scenic Chevrolet because I was having problems with the transmission of my car. A tow truck dropped it there one day late in the evening and they called me the following day to talk about the issue. They explained they were short on resources and it could be a few days before they had the opportunity to work on my car. I didn’t love the potential delay but I surely appreciated the transparency since the beginning. One week later they called me again to tell me the car was ready; the issue was covered by warranty and the had it ready much sooner than I anticipated. They were very professional, helpful and knowledgeable; it was a clear and easy process and they helped me every step of the way.
