I had previously ( in July) replaced one battery and the alternator. Due to a defect, the alternator killed both of my batteries. They loaned me the tools and helped me get everything back in. I know most stores don't want you to work in the parking lots, but these guys didn't mind at all. (They said they were trying to help me avoid paying for a tow). Tim Davis is a ROCKSTAR and knows his stuff. He printed me out a serpentine belt routing diagram to help me (because my belt came off two of the pulleys) put the belt back on right.
