The driver ignored right-of-way rules, attempted to force me to back up, and drove aggressively. I was very frightened. Penske should ensure their renters are driving safely

She's very knowledgeable, friendly and has a customer report that is priceless. That being said.... I drove 4 1/2 hrs to pick up a semi that was purchased for the company I work for, only to find it with 5 warning lights on, almost out of fuel and a vibration at 35 mph. On the way home the truck broke down and I had to leave it and call a wrecker. 10 hrs lost.
