The attendant that checked me in was on the phone with a personal conversation while I'm trying to verify information and get the car. Somehow she mixed my information with someone else and I received calls and text the entire vacation saying that my rental was due back. If that's not bad enough now I'm getting statements saying I never paid for my rental. I've reached out to management multiple times but have been unable to speak with anyone. I feel like the employee is running a scam on customers. Definitely look elsewhere that does not have the national name attached to it.
