I wasn't expecting much but I was so impressed with the service that I received today at Jiffy Lube. I went in for an oil change, and learned a lot about my car in the process. I was shown what my oil cap, air/cabin/oil filters were supposed to look like and how often each thing needed to be replaced/cleaned. Shout out to Scott who helped explain everything to me. He was so sweet and kind and for someone who doesn't know a lot about cars, he was very helpful and respectful. They helped me change a few additional things that I had no idea needed to be replaced and even vacuumed out the floor of my car. The total process took about 30 minutes for me just because I needed to ask what was what and figure out a coupon but they're definitely speedy! I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Jiffy Lube on Sunset Blvd to everyone!
