    i got a rental from here and ask the ladie who was helping me serval times is it okay to leave my car there and she told me it fine i can leave my car. i come back to drop the rental car off and boom my car gone. like why tell me i can leave my car there if i couldn't and come back to paying a towing company more expense that i wasn't trying to do. all because and employee tell me i can leave my car and i couldn't..... then the manger kado act like i was a liar and his employee dint say that and i was basically a liar after standing with him for a hour holding his line up trying get help. cuz y would i tell u an employee told me to park there if that's not what happens i would never do business wt that enterprise ever again they do not care at all and they tell u one thing make u come out your pocket more and act like they did nothing wrong

    Good luck getting out of the garage! They do contact work at the exit booth! This backs up everyone trying to exit at the same time. Terrible system! I waited for ever before finally asking them to cancel my reservation. Chose an Uber instead!

    I want to sincerely thank Brittany for her excellent customer service upon my arrival. I also truly appreciate Satchel and Sikeem the most for handling my car return issue with professionalism, respect, and care. They provided outstanding service while balancing other customers and tasks, and I’m very grateful for their help

    Huge thank you to Jade and Andrew ! I was In Town due to a family emergency and I was terrified. May not seem like much but even meeting them made me feel a little warm. Being far away from home can be scary so they were a light in a dim moment for me. Edit : I left my iPad in the rental and cannot get in touch with anyone ..I've also sent emails. Pls let me know if you could help me.

    As a loyal Enterprise customer, going on eight years, I am extremely disappointed to report my second consecutive failure to secure a "luxury class" vehicle at the Columbia Metropolitan Airport (CAE) location. The most recent instance, despite booking well in advance for an important occasion, no vehicles in the reserved class were available upon arrival. While the staff offered to "pull something up," my schedule didn't allow for the wait, and the lack of selection was apparent. To make matters worse, the points used for my reservation were never refunded to my account after the cancellation; and after they'd told me they would be. (Ended up having to call customer service, days later. As of the time of typing, still pending final refund of points.) I mainly use Enterprise for work, but experiences like this prevent me from justifying using them for future personal endeavors. Perhaps my expectations have been too high for too long from a brand I’ve supported for nearly a decade.
