    I was told I was to return my car Fri 10/10/25 to Enterprise Airport S.C. by 1:10. I had told salesperson I was heading back to SC on Thursday 10/9/25 and could not make the trip in one day. She said " no problem" just have the car back by 1:10 the 10th. She told me the TOTAL rental charges, plus a $300 deposit, that I would get back. My son who was with me and our friend were standing right there as she spoke. I asked were there going to be any additional costs she said " NO, you're good to go" and reiterated the cost and when the car was to be returned. We thanked her and left. I decided to stay in Syracuse one extra day, called to see what the cost of an extra day would be. The salesman who answered was RUDE, arrogant and huffed at me! He overtalked me and was just zero help. He informed me the car was due back on Thursday the 9th and it would cost an additional $100 to keep it till Friday!! I was NOT happy and explained what happened, he said " well it states all this on you're contract, so do you want to pay an extra day or not?" I had to borrow money to rent the vehicle in the first place and the extra 100 was a hardship! I guess I should have made sure the contract matched what we were told, but I had just driven to Syracuse straight from outside Columbia, SC, almost 900 miles. I was sleep deprived, physically sore and just needed the rental. I think it's wrong they lied to me. They stand and go over everything and make you feel like you know what's going on and everyone is on the same page, then turn around and drop a bomb on you!! Now I worry if I'll get my deposit back as I was told I would. The vehicle was nice and I liked it but I still feel like they were just dishonest, my family agrees as well as several others I've told. Anyway this was my experience.

    I had the unfortunate luck to get in a car accident while in an Enterprise rental but since I had gotten their insurance all I had to do was swing by the another location to get a replacement car. The airport location was conveniently open after 6 pm and Robert was very helpful in what else I needed to do to help the location I'd originally rented from could file their own claim for the car. Definitely made a very stressful day much less stressful. Thank you so much!!!

    Lost my phone in a rental car at CAE airport. Spent about 24 hrs trying at call anyone and everyone at the airport who I could direct dial, but had zero success. The following day I personally showed up and walked straight to the rental car employees booth to see if they had my phone. Ansley (not sure on the spelling) found the right person and made sure I was taken care of. She didn’t blow me off, she actually cared about my satisfaction. Then, about 40 min later Daniel walks up with my phone. We joked about the color of the car because he said he searched through about 20 blue cars(I guess mine turned out to be grey but I said it was blue). He found my phone, and had an awesome attitude. Cars don’t make a company, people do. And because of those two employees I’ll be back to enterprise. Thanks you two, hope this review gets you a raise because you definitely deserve it!
