After I mentioned it was an insurance claim, I was suddenly told all Wagoneers were reserved for 5:00 p.m. and unavailable. I then contacted customer service, who called the same location, and suddenly a Wagoneer was available for me to switch into. Deja was very helpful, but the initial representative I spoke to should not be representing the company.
