The store was very busy, but an associate named Bob helped me get a diagnostic scan though his shift was ending.

Went in to check headlights for car. They were very helpful with changing the lights for me. Good environment and friendly service even with me being a Redskins fan. ...lol

Do not go here. The African American manager was very disrespectful and rude , kept asking for a tip for something that is free to check why an engine light is on

Hello. You have a white, elderly man who is extremely rude, especially to people of color. His name is Bob. On Thursday, New Year's Day, I had my second encounter with him. The first time, which was two or three weeks earlier, I asked him to point (not walk) me in the direction of the air fresheners. He said, “I’m busy. They can help you at the front counter!" I repeated that I just wanted to know where the air fresheners were. Then he rudely sighed and yelled, "IT'S IN THE THIRD AISLE!" I was so embarrassed because I have ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder). I thought maybe he had a bad day, so I let it go. About three minutes later, while I was waiting to check out, a white lady asked him for help. He was very nice and helpful to her. Returning to New Year's Day, I tried to avoid him, but a tall black guy (whose name I forget, but I usually deal with him) was busy working on two batteries outside, so I had no choice but to talk to Bob. This time, he seemed to be in a better mood. He told me the prices of brake pads. I felt calm and happy that he wasn’t rude this time. I asked about the difference between the two, and he said the expensive one is better than the cheap ones. I asked why, and he snapped, “Come on! People are waiting! Just get the cheap one!” as if I were a cheapskate. I am very upset with the service I receive from this old man. So upset that I invested in a pair of AI camera glasses so I can record him and show you and social media how rude and racist Bob is. I've been shopping at the 12th Street store for 7 years and have always been treated with respect, as it is only a mile from my house, and I refuse to let Bob force me to go to another store miles away. Please at least talk to this rude individual, and if he doesn't comply, I will record him. Thank you.
